1) Application:The test machine is suitable for detection test the pinhole of plastic,rubber and wire coating,used for testing examine production line or the finished packaging process. Please according to following instruction to operate.
2)Installation:
1. Installation shall required to the location of the electrode tank with measured wires into a straight line in order to make the groove bottom of guide wheel in contact with the wires,can adjustable screw to make the center height correct.
2. Outside of machine box must be used 2.5mm square wire do well grounding construction with other earthing terminal of accessories
3. The electrode tank of water contained in the test wire must blow by wiping.
3)Operation:The machine after installation is completed to the electrode tank cover closed,the safety switch contacts,set the counter to zero, the power switch as to the ON position,high voltage indicator is light,and then slowly adjusting voltage regulator to the high voltage indication to the required value.
(Note): Manual Rest: Such as over-pinhole, detection control panel lights, high voltage indicator to zero and detection alarm sounded in the testing. At this time, you must press the reset button to recovery to continue testing and use pinhole detection counter counting at the same time.
Automatic Rest: Such as over-pinhole, detection indicate of control panel is lights, high voltage indicator to zero and detection alarm sounded in the testing, the alarm duration can be adjusted automatically reset delay potentiometer, delay automatic recovery to continue the test, use pinhole detection counter counting one time when recovery.
4)Notices: 1.The electrode box could be installed in the tractor or the counting.
2. The box must be chain grounded with machine equipment.
5)Trouble:
1. The pinhole detection failure or malfunction:
Due to sensitivity failure of control detection control panel, pinhole detection malfunction, you may can adjust the internal circuit board VR (adjusting sensitivity)
2. High voltage output without indication:
Check the switch is damaged or not, fuse is blown or not, can replace the new product if it’s fuse, if it continue to fuse, you must check whether the secondary side of high-voltage contact of high-voltage transformer is broken off, insulated terminal is damaged or not, then check output port of voltage regulator has no voltage output, it need to replace the high-voltage transformer if everything is normally.
3.If the first two check normal but voltage still failure to input to the voltage regulator, required to check the relay of circuit board have action or not,please replace the circuit board if it’s damaged or technical advice.
