Overview
Iron Loss Tester(Steel Loss Tester) TCIL-5A is designed for measuring the iron loss value for monolithic silicon sheet. It is widely used in the quality management of silicon steel sheet manufacturers, sales manufacturers,motors and transformers. It is mainly used in the production of silicon steel sheet incoming inspection, processing monitoring, etc. The operation is simple and convenient. Unlike the traditional silicon steel detection technology with special requirement for silicon steel shapes, arbitrary silicon sheet shape may be non-destructively measured with no need for special test sampling with this tester, and the great measurement differences and low sensitivity that exist in traditional technologies will also be improved. LCD color display module will be applied to the tester. In addition, the tester will be equipped with RS232 serial interface for real-time output with micro printers. |
