Xtester-Svantek SV111 Multi-level, multi-frequency vibration calibrator
INTRODUCTION
SV 111 Portable Vibration Calibrator is a multi-frequency vibration calibrator designed for in-situ checks according to ISO 8041. The SV 111 is suitable for calibration checks of various types of vibration meters at different frequencies from 16 Hz up to 640 Hz. Depending on the selected frequency user may select level of calibration from 1 m/s2 to 10 m/s2. Shaker can be loaded with large weight up to 1 kilogram at 16 Hz. The design of the calibrator is based on the built-in triaxial reference accelerometer and microprocessor-controlled shaker. Following ISO 8041 requirement the reference accelerometer measures the cross-axis / transverse vibrations to detect interference on the calibration signal. Faults caused by transverse vibrations are indicated by three LEDS on the calibrator’s panel. This unique solution ensures the excellent stability of the calibration level & frequency independently from mass of the testing object. For calibration checks of tri-axial sensors set of dedicated adapters is available including a special adapter to Svantek whole-body sensors (seat-pads) for direct mounting on the shaker. Other types of vibration transducers can be conveniently attached using mounting stud, mounting disc or dedicated adapter. |

Multi-frequency calibrator Calibration at four frequencies 16 Hz, 80 Hz, 160 Hz and 636 Hz Calibrator is suitable for all types of vibration transducers for ACCELERATION, VELOCITY and DISPLACEMENT at 15.92 Hz; 79.6 Hz; 159.2 Hz and 636.6 Hz. Depending on the frequency selected, the user may choose the level of calibration from 1 m/s2 to 10 m/s2. Maximum load of 1 kg at 15.92 Hz enables the calibration of the seat accelerometers. The maximum weight of 300 grams at 79.58 Hz enables calibration of accelerometers together with mounting magnets attached. |

Built-in reference sensor System detects and signals errors during calibration In accordance with ISO 8041 requirements the reference accelerometer will measure cross-axes / transverse vibrations to detect any interference to the calibration signal.
