| Xtester-Kanomax 3718-A/3719-A remote dust particle counter meets JIS9921, ISO21501-4 and ISO14644-1:2015 standards. Two scientifically designed, small and compact products use an external air source and a built-in pressure sensor to ensure the consistency and stability of the flow rate of 28.3L/min; use long-life laser diodes to accurately test particles such as 0.3, 0.5 and 5.0μm ;Adopt 316 stainless steel shell and protective box and do sealing treatment, with super strong resistance to VHP and alcohol vapor, etc., with 2000 sets of data cache, data redundancy backup function, to avoid loss of test data due to system failure or power failure; Standard Modbust protocol and 4~20 mA analog output function, perfectly compatible with the monitoring system, widely used in GMP control areas, isolation areas/systems (RABS), clean rooms, laboratories or industrial applications, to achieve intelligent control and real-time monitoring Changes in the number of dust particle concentrations in the production process in the clean production area, and verify whether the number of dust particle concentrations meets the requirements of production quality control. |
