INTRODUCTION

This instrument is designed for the problems existing in the measurement of high-voltage shunt capacitor banks at the substation site, and refers to GB3983.2-1989 "High Voltage Shunt Capacitors", DL/T840-2003 "Technical Conditions for the Use of High Voltage Shunt Capacitors" and JB5346-1998 " "Series reactor" and other national standards are specially developed, mainly for the measurement of high-voltage shunt capacitor banks and reactors of reactive power compensation devices.

This instrument adopts a high-speed microprocessor, synchronously collects the voltage signal and current signal of the tested product, and automatically calculates the capacitance value, inductance value and reactive power value. On-site measurement of capacitors does not need to remove the connecting wire, simplifying the test process, effectively improving work efficiency, and avoiding damage to power equipment. After the test, the capacitor capacity and other parameters of each phase are automatically calculated, and it is very easy to distinguish the quality change of the capacitor and the connection conductor failure between the devices.

Features

This instrument can measure the single capacitance of a group of parallel capacitors (both single-phase capacitance and three-phase capacitance can be measured) without disconnecting the wires. At the same time, this instrument can also measure the inductance of various reactors to meet various requirements on site use.

When measuring, the instrument displays the measured capacitance value or inductance value while also displaying the measured voltage, current, power, frequency, impedance, phase angle and other data.

The instrument uses a 7.0-inch 1024×600 high-definition screen, touch operation, can be clearly observed during the day and night, Chinese menu prompts, easy to operate.

Built-in large-capacity non-volatile memory in the instrument: 500 sets of measurement data can be stored. The instrument is equipped with a U disk interface, which can store any group of measurement data (limited by the capacity of the U disk).

The instrument has a built-in high-precision real-time clock function: date and time can be calibrated.  

The instrument comes with a high-speed micro thermal printer: it can print measurement and historical data.
